Short women's dress without straps featuring a rounded heart-shaped neckline at the top edge of the bodice. A thin string tied into a small bow at the center of the upper edge. A vertical row of decorative buttons runs down the center of the bodice. The dress fabric is covered with embroidered lace floral patterns throughout. The skirt is tiered with full volume and a ruffle at the lower edge.
