How can I track my order?

What should I do if I receive a product that is damaged or does not match my order?
If you receive a damaged product or one that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at info@nemelien.com, including photos documenting the issue. In this case, we offer the option of a free product exchange or a full refund.
Do you ship worldwide?
No, Currently we are shipping only within Poland and Canada.
Are there shipping fees?
No, Free delivery within Poland and Canada.
How and when will I receive my refund?

Upon receiving and verifying the return shipment, the funds will be refunded using the same payment method that was used when placing the order. The refund occurs within 7 days of accepting the return.
