Return and refund policy

  • Return period: The customer has the right to return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.

Product exchange
To make an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days from the date of delivery of the order by sending an email to info@nemelien.com. After receiving your request, we will provide further instructions.

Products intended for exchange must meet the following conditions:

  • have not been used,
  • have been returned in the original packaging,
  • have all original tags.

Order cancellation
An order can only be canceled before it is processed. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@nemelien.com. Once processing has begun, cancellation is not possible. If you wish to return after delivery, please follow the return procedure and requirements.

Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@nemelien.com, including photos documenting the issue. In such cases, we offer the option of a free product exchange or a full refund.

Refund
After receiving and verifying the returned shipment, the funds will be refunded using the same payment method that was used when placing the order. The refund will be processed within 7 days of accepting the return. The time it takes for the bank or payment processor to post the funds may vary.
