Shipping Policies
Order and Delivery Information
- Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 4:00 PM CET are processed on the same business day.
- Order Processing Time: Usually takes 1–3 days (Monday–Friday) from the moment the order is confirmed.
- Shipping Time: The delivery shipping time usually takes 4–6 days (Monday–Friday).
- Total Fulfillment Time: From the moment the order is placed to the delivery of the package usually takes 5–9 business days.
- Package Tracking: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. After the package is shipped, we will send another email with tracking information.
- Shipping Costs: Free shipping within Poland and Canada.
- We currently ship only within Poland and Canada.
Order Cancellation
An order can only be canceled before processing begins. To cancel an order, please contact us at info@nemelien.com. Once processing has started, cancellation is not possible. If you wish to return after delivery, please follow the procedure described in Return and Refund Policy.
Delivery Delays
- Packages usually arrive within 5–9 business days.
- In case of a delay, please wait an additional 3 business days before reporting the issue.
- If the package does not arrive after this time, please contact us at info@nemelien.com.
- Delays may result from peak periods, weather conditions, or holidays.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@nemelien.com, including photos documenting the issue. In such cases, we offer the option of a free product exchange or a full refund.
