Women's Mini Bandeau Dress with Flared Skirt and Tie at the Back
Short women's dress with a bandeau neckline and a horizontal double layer of fabric at the upper edge of the bust. Fitted bodice with gathered fabric on the sides transitions into a wide flared mini skirt. At the back of the dress, vertical gathering of fabric along the center of the bodice and a ribbon belt tied in a bow at the waistline. Side pockets sewn into the seams of the skirt on both sides.
