Long women's dress with a loosely dropping neckline creating a deep hanging fold at the front. Halter strap ending in a bow tied at the back of the neck. Completely exposed back. Gathered fabric running along both sides of the body from the waist to the hip. Slim fitted skirt with a cascading ruffle finishing the side slit.
